Outstanding sales team, outstanding result.  We listed our property using the 'sale by set date' method of selling and everything we were told about this process was true and worked a dream. The efforts of Chad, Jacqui, Rob and Anthony were all made with genuine sincerity and our best interests in mind. Their dedication and hard work at hours that must put pressure on their personal relationships was amazing. Finally, the spirit of teamwork and co-operation they displayed was awesome.  We're just so happy we decided to use these people to sell our home that we cannot recommend them highly enough.

The best decision we made in selling our house was to partner with Barry Plant Rowville.

Our decision to sell was over a period longer than 12 months as we considered so many potential opportunities.  The team at Barry Plant made themselves readily available offering great advice.  When it came time to sell, which agent to work with was a no-brainer.  Deb Tucker, and the rest of the team at Barry Plant presented us with great advise which saw a quick sale and a result we genuinely don't think we would have achieved with other agents in the area.

Highly recommended.

I just wanted to pass on our thanks and appreciation for the support the Barry Plant team at Rowville provided to my husband and I with the recent sale of our family home. In particular, Jacqui Gilmore and Gavin Montorio, who provided us with an amazing level of support and comfort level, helping and guiding us to come to a decision about the best method to market our property, which culminated in an outcome well above our expectations! Our thanks and gratitude to them both and our best wishes to the entire Barry Plant Team at Rowville!

Brenton and Orion from Barry Plant Rowville did a great job of selling our house. The process was simple and transparent. Open for inspection was well managed and worked with our busy schedules. The house was sold within a month for a great price and I believe that it was the hard work and efforts of this agency that helped that outcome. They were also able to assist with recommendations for trades that helped us present the house in the best light. We used the sale by set date method and I think it was a very good process that suited our needs and helped achieve a good sale in a timely manner. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Barry Plant Rowville have been exceptional to deal with from the first meeting with Anthony then Brenton, the professionalism and care shown was above our expectations. All the Sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really professional to engage with and the sales process for the seller and buyer felt like it should - as it’s a once, or twice.. life experience and something that is so personal and important for all concerned. These guys were amazing.. special call out to Jacqui and Chad as well as Anthony Johnson whom navigated the sale with prospective buyers without going to market.. and we sold in less than a week..!!! 3 days in Carrington Estate - is this a record..?

This is true of what can be acheived when the best in the game do what they do best.. that’s why they are Number 1.

I have no hesitation to recommend Barry Plant Rowville for any seller or buyer, brilliant, honest hard working people. Met all expectations and delivered on exactly what we the seller, had discussed in our first meeting.
