Debra Tucker was our agent for the sale of my parents deceased estate. We found Debra extremely supportive and respectful throughout the process. At our first meeting Deb said that her office had a number of perspective buyers on their books who were interested in our type of property great location but needed major renovating. She was absolutely true to her word bringing through numerous people before we even started advertising and as a result she was able to secure a sale from their database within our price range extremely quickly. We have sold a number of properties over the years but I must say Debra Tucker and the Barry Plant Rowville team were respectful, professional and true to their word every step of the way.... we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Anthony and his team from Barry Plant. He gave us the accurate estimate of our house value and made good strategy of the marketing. It was a private sale and Anthony and his team found the right purchasers who would be the potential buyer from their data base. There were only a few open inspections and we achieved our target price. Thanks guys.
