He was very helpful with assisting me to have a gas meter installed at the new unit through coordination and following up with the supplier company. He is professional, prompt in replying my messages and calls and always kept me up to date. Thanks for your service. I would also like to thank Ashleigh Harris for her continuous assistant from the day she was been assigned to manage my property. She is prompt in responding my emails and always keep me up to date. Greatly appreciate her effort and efficiency in sorting out property maintenance related issues and in obtaining the quotes from various suppliers for installation of the cooling system for me.

Absolutely great service! The rental team at Ray White helped our family find a home quickly that was perfectly suited. Our experience started with the bubbly and very professional Rhiannon and everyone else who helped us after went above and beyond. I really value friendly and helpful customer service which is exactly what we got. I look forward to continuing to deal with the team.

We had a very pleasant to select Ray White Ferntree Gully to manage our new investment property, not leasing the property via a real estate we bought from. Since the first contact with Xavier, we realized Ray White Ferntree Gully is a superior agent than the selling agent, because we got much faster and timely professional responses from Ray White when we asked a rental appraisal. Fees might not be the cheapest in the among of real estate agents there, but Ray White Ferntree definitely provides excellent services, and found quality tenants in very fast time with higher rent. We are really appreciate that especially to Xavier who provide professional advise for leasing campaigns. In addition, We thanks to Ashleigh who is a very responsive property manager. Thanks for giving us very good experience.

Trish and Tina were amazingly supportive. They really care about their clientele, their empathy matches their professionalism. They provided a realistic snapshot of my property value and this was achieved at auction. I would recommend no other agent in the Ferntree Gully area.

I have rented through Ray White Ferntree Gully for the past 5 Years. During that time Katrina has been my Property Manager and I have always been extremely impressed with the way she has manged the property. Any time we have needed something addressed she has always been responsive. She has been friendly, professional, courteous and she does a fantastic job of balancing the requirements of the tenant with the that of the landlord. It is rare to find a property manager like Katrina and we are extremely lucky to have her.
