I highly recommend Harcourts Boronia for both property management and real estate sales. For a number of years they managed the rental of my property and when it came time to sell I knew they were the right people to get the best price for my property. John has extensive knowledge of The Basin and the challenges of selling a property.  He far exceeded my expectations, and I’m quite particular, so it’s not easy to do. He supported me through the entire process while going above and beyond to meet my specific requests. Listen to his sales strategy because it truly works.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They knew that there is a big mould problem with the property and still they rent it to me. And now I'm leaving in a sharing room because they don't want to pay for their fault. After I paid 3 months in advance for a 2 bedrooms home and signed the agreement they told that I just can use one of the bedroom because it has problem and after 3 months it's getting worse everyday.  I'm going to publish all photos and evidence that shows they knew about the problem.  This morning I had a called from Jan one of their staff, he told that I should delete the review and after that he accused me . Because of this I'm standing until the end of this.

I rented a property through Harcourts Boronia for roughly 3 and a half years , the team were always a pleasure to deal with , any repairs or maintenance was taken care of as fast as humanly possible and was always high quality. I personally deal with rental exit cleans as a living and they were very happy with the work i did , no issues at all on bond return. I would like to take a special shout out to Barbara , Stephanie and the manager as they were always such a pleasure to talk to and deal with and were always quick to reply to any queries or requests i had. 5 stars to you ladies and gentlemen. Can't think of enough great things to say about Harcourts Boronia. I bought my first house through this branch, and re-sold my house several years later with them again. I did all my research and met with many local agents, but choosing Harcourts was the easiest decision we made when it came to deciding to sell our home. No hard sell, no false promises  and no embellished appraisals . John and the team were in constant contact while the house was on the market and have continued to give us advise about buying our next home even though they are were not the agents.  As both a buyer and seller, the experience and service has just been brilliant - highly recommend them to anyone!

John and his team at Harcourts Boronia  were fantastic when it came to selling my deceased fathers home. It sold within 2 weeks and for more than i  expected.
