I'd hate to sell through this agent. After seeing the property at 12 Magnolia Street, Wantirna For sale on line I text the agent Archie twice and called twice to get more information after after five days I still have NO response.

I sold my property through Harcourts wantirna. Before i gave them the listing they were very active in calling me and behaved like my best friends and gave me false hopes. Post listing they started telling me all the things that were wrong with my property and why it is very tough to get the price that i wanted. Juat before auction they asked me to dramatically drop my reserve price. Since i was in a hurry i had no option with me but to sell the house so i went ahead with the auction. They sold the property cheaper than i had bought it for causing me a net loss. Post the auction i wanted help with the section 27 to be signed by the purchaser and they were very annoying there too. I had to call my agent 5 times before he csn call me back. Horrifying experience. Would never recommend them. Do not go by the rate my agent reviews as they are not accurate. Would strongly recommend not to go with harcourts. They do not care about you, just their commissions.
