We went with Blade at Schroeder and Wallis as they initially came across as genuine, honest and trustworthy, unlike your typical estate agents. We found this wasn’t just a sales pitch, all the team are friendly, hard working and very professional. No flannel, realistic and genuinely worked hard to assist us in getting the best price for our property. I can’t rate these people enough. Highly recommended not just a 5* more like gold ⭐️ bunch of top blokes. Thanks again guys , you have help us to achieve our dream 😀

I work for another real estate agency, I’ve applied for rental properties with ray white, professionals and within my own agency, at a different office. Schroeder and Wallis were the first agents to communicate effectively, and the first agents to actually call my references to evaluate our application fairly. Thanks for being thorough, and not cutting corners

Selling your property can be a daunting experience, but with the team at Schroeder and Wallis, the process was simple and stress free. 
Ever the professionals; Blade, Billy and the whole team were easy to deal with, and ever accommodating with their time and expertise in the local market. 
I would recommend them to my friends and family without a second thought. Our sale price exceeded our expectations, and this is the type of service one can only expect from an independent agent.

Very happy with the service. Communication was excellent throughout the time the property was on the market. The property was sold quickly, every part of the process was managed efficiently.

We have a good experience with David and Blade, they both work hard and efficient to make things happen. They provide all their support to us during their working hours, and also after working time. We really appreciate them!
