I have just had the smoothest of home sales that one could ask for. From the first moment I met Simon Wang from Harcourts of Rowville, I was very comfortable with the professionalism of this extremely knowledgeable person. Simon shined above and beyond with his moral ethics and knowledge of the whole process of selling our home. I would recommend Simon, Suzanne and all the staff I met (I think the whole staff came and introduced themselves, a personal touch and old fashioned service that lacks all too much nowadays) without hesitation!

My siblings and I used Harcourts Rowville to sell our Family home after the passing of our Dad. Byron and his team truly handled this extremely difficult time with such compassion and professionalism. Having to sell our family home was one the hardest things my siblings and I have had to do but Byron and everyone at Harcourts Rowville made the process a lot easier. I honestly couldn’t recommend them anymore, they’re hard working, efficient and I honestly believe that they truly cared for myself and my family which motivated them to get the best possible result.

Melanie Degen and the team at Harcourts Rowville were amazing. Melanie treated our home like it was her own and sold it within 7 days! Not only did she achieve the price we wanted she got us a 28 day settlement too which coincided with the move to our new home. If you are thinking of selling, look no further than Harcourts Rowville, they ABSOLUTELY will not let you down. Highly recommended.

Byron Sweerts is the one to have in your corner when you are selling your house. He goes above and beyond and manages to keep you calm and informed every step of the way. He answered all our questions and calls every time without delay and was often still communicating with us way after normal business hours. He got us a great price for our property and we would recommend him without any reservation to anyone.
