Unfortunately this agency rates poorly for my rental application: 1) No replies to emails or calls 2) No engagement in the process once approved i.e. opportunity to counter any offer 3) THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL explanation for not getting the property after I called for an update "Two doctors applied and you can't beat doctors". Disappointing that this is the level of service from this agency. Hope this helps others.

Helpful and friendly staff. I was a tenant with them for over 3 years. Special big thanks to Megan and Angelo Lofitis for helping me during the end of my tenancy. Another thank you to the wonderful receptionist Sabrina.

1. Angelo Lofitis (Director), Doula Di Bitetto (Property Manager), Anastasia Spyris (Receptionist) intentionally mislead and lead us to a wrong conclusion by promising one thing and doing the other thing. They gave us a false impression and abruptly ended our tenency and tried to kick us out in 1 weeks time. They made false and inaccurate claims to the landlord and NCAT. 2. Property Manager - Doula Di Bitetto has been imposing terms or conditions which are discriminatory, also making us believe they are ending the tenancy because of my race. 3. Anastasia Spyris & Doula Di Bitetto entering the property twice without consent, at one time walking up to our bedroom. 4. Century21 Dulwich Hill had never acted honestly, fairly and professionally throughout all this time. They never exercise any reasonable skill, care and diligence while dealing with our situation and problem. 5. They have engaged in high pressure tactics, harassment, harsh and unconscionable conduct throughout my time dealing with them over the past 18 months.

Please stop filling all mailboxes with your flyers, especially the ones labelled with the "NO JUNK MAIL" tag. Save your time and money, and be more respectful. NO JUNK MAIL means that we are not interested in your rubbish. Thank you.
