Seriously didn't want to give them a star, but apparently it's the only way to post...... Appalling lack of service - non responsive - you would have thought 5-6 phone calls, 2 texts & 2 emails might have at least had an acknowledgement response - let alone any discussion (which was me trying to offer to rectify outstanding matters).  Having dealt with many highly professional agents we have been horrified by the aggressive lack of professionalism.

The service was terrible and the staff including managers are aggressive, rude and unprofessional. I would not use or recommend this agency to anyone.

Ham Kerr Property have been managing my rental property in Hawthorn. Unlike other agencies I have used in the past I have had the same property manager for five years. Tanya is a pleasure to deal with, so efficient and so good at what she does.
