I have been renting a property from Scott real estate for around 7 years. Since Marcus has taken over the business around 4 years ago, he has done a bad job. When Melissa was working there it was good, things got done. But unfortunately she left and things don't get done. I have been emailing and calling for a week now, to get urgent repairs done and haven't got any response. Very very bad service Marcus...... You can chose the property you want to live. But unfortunately not the agent.

We are the tenants of a property Marcus manages and he does a brilliant job. Always gets back to us same day and arranges trades people to come and rectify issues same day or next day. Would highly recommend!!!
