Find the Best Agent was established to take the stress out of selling a home by offering real estate advocacy Melbourne wide. After working for some two decades across the industry, Director Steven James saw first-hand how hard it was for some vendors to negotiate their way through the challenging process, especially if their agent wasn’t working in their best interests. The results – despite it being such an important, life-changing event – were often poor.

Steven had a very strong sales record – including an auction clearance rate of 95% – along with extensive insight into the selling process, an astute awareness of its pitfalls, and a large network of trusted agents and property professionals he’d developed over the years. The choice to then become a real estate advocate was obvious.

At no cost to the client, we offer vendors the best chance at the best sale – without the stress – and support them every step of the way. We interview a range of agents in the local area, select the one that is right for the client, negotiate the real estate agents commission and supervise the entire process. The agent makes their commission and then pays us a referral fee. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.
