Urban Spaces are the go-to estate agents for architectural character. They are specialists with the expertise to find the right buyer for the right property, and negotiate a fair deal. We would happily use them again.

We have really enjoyed working with Urban Spaces. Egle, Venetia, Will, Nikki, the whole team are very professional and helpful. Their curiosity, attention to detail and thoroughness in understanding the design details of the property is impressive, totally different from our experience working with other estate agents. We would certainly look forward to working them again in the future!

Unfortunately was the worst experience I had in London so far. We had an agreement on leasing an apartment which they have promised to get things fixed before I moved in. After I signed the tenancy agreement, they have said that not all were on the agreement and denied what was promised. In addition when I wanted to cancel the deal knowing that it will not be good for everyone, I was forced to pay 4,5 months of rent on an apartment I have not lived in for a single day!

I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience working with Urban Spaces. They cancel appointments at the last moment without any notice and their attitude is extremely callous.

So far, so good. I just moved into a new rental apartment in Canary Wharf. The viewing and move in process was fairly straightforward.  The flat was in a good condition and clean. Communication with the agents was easy at all times.  I had some initial maintenance requests and they arranged an engineer to come visit the next day.  It's early days yet, but so far my experience has been much more positive than with other agents.

If you are a landlord, stay away from these people as their are the most incompetent property management team. Proceeded with extremely expensive works £6k without asking for my green light. Then let my property to a succession of very low quality tenants who ruined the place. Were extraordinarily slow, and at times totally inconsistent, at responding to my queries as to how they planned on improving the situation. Were incapable of turning around quickly the necessary repairs after the last disastrous tenants left, making me lose several months of rent. Their only excuse was that they were understaffed. Had to raise an official complaint for things to finally get moving, even though again so slow I gave up and paid some repairs myself using my own contractors. Utterly abysmal service.

My experience with Urban Spaces has been outstanding all the way from viewing to completing the paperwork. I have never encountered a more professional and welcoming agent than Richard from Urban Spaces. He gave me the space to view the flat in my own time, without intervening and overly "selling" the place usually the case with estate agents. He was also supportive throughout the offer-process, which is a pretty stressful time for prospective tenants. It felt like he really cared! Thereafter, Nikki took over and she has been communicative and responsive from start to finish the paperwork. Urban Spaces, you have a wonderful team working for you! Urban Spaces has been extremely professional and transparent in all my dealings with them -  and also extremely pleasant in all my interactions. They helped me secure a property which is of very high standard and fair price. I have dealt with many other agents in the past 10 years and It is extremely refreshing to finally meet an honest and technological letting agent all documents signed on-line with no paperwork. Definitely the best I ever worked with. Can't recommend them more strongly!

Urban Spaces has been really professional. They helped me along all the process and even after. They give a really good service.  I worked with Richard Jackson and I would highly recommend anyone to work with him. He is really nice, was always available even out of working hours  and willing to help.  He gave me good advice whenever I needed. It was a really good experience and I would repeat if I need this service again.

I have worked with Urban Spaces for many years and I have had nothing but a positive experience.  More recently, I work with Peter Hunt who has provided outstanding assistance to progress property transactions with me; he is extremely friendly and professional.  I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Spaces to anyone looking for a dynamic and approachable estate agency.
