The settlement went through smoothly - 5 days earlier even as you probably know - and now my parents are looking at their next step. We have been a client of Jellis Craig Boroondara Group (Jellis Craig Hawthorn) since 2010, which manages our investment property. We are happy with their property management services. We are particularly impressed by the highly professional, proactive, thorough and courteous services provided to us by the Senior Property Manager Ms Emily Love, who has recently taken over the management responsibility for our property. Emily keeps us well informed of management matters impacting on our property, responds to our proposed courses of actions promptly, follows up the matters quickly, and continues to keep us well briefed. All in all, we feel that we are well looked after and we don't have to worry about the management of our property. We also believe that even the tenant would feel very satisfied with Emily of Jellis Craig too.

I never thought I would see the day when I would give a real estate agent a 5 star review. Emily Love from Jellis Craig has been amazing. She has been clear & concise with all matters. We ended our lease early and she was incredibly helpful in finding a new tenant, helping us vacate earlier than we expected. My partner and I are extremely grateful we had Emily as our rental agent.

Just want to say few things about our property manager Jacqui McNiven. She manages our rental properties for couple of years now and we can honestly say that her professionalism is the key factor that we remain with Jellis Craig. Jacqui is very trust worthy and communicate well between us and the tenant. She has the quality of attention to details and follows things through.
