We recently purchased a property in Coburg through Morris Del Monte, who acted on behalf of the vendors of the property.  As a prospective buyer we found Morris to be very professional, informative, responsive and personally pleasant to deal with.  We had a number of queries about the property I was considering purchasing and Morris followed up and provided answers very promptly each time.  At the actual auction Morris provided a very positive and friendly atmosphere, and as one of the bidders it's rare to see an auctioneer work so hard for the vendors.  He conducted the auction with great dynamism and humour and without hurrying the bidders managed with great determination to obtain a much higher price for the property than anyone had anticipated on the day.  Through our own personal experience I would strongly recommend Morris Del Monte as an agent for the sale of any property as he provided an excellent service for the vendors on this occasion and would I’m sure do the same for any prospective seller.

Having Michael from Del Monte Real Estate looking after our property portfolio has been an absolute pleasure, his attention to detail, professionalism & knowledge has been second to none, "Nothing" was too difficult & prompt follow up was always his priority, as an aging couple Lesley & I did not want to be burdened with those "mundane" time consuming issues but important to Michael with timely relevant payments for utilities, rates etc. always on time.
