We recently visited this store and the staff were amazing. Trevor and Jade were fabulous. They were patient with us, didn’t pressure us and helped us get a great deal on TV and headphones. Highly recommend this store and if you want a great deal and good service go see Trevor.

My go to JB Hi-Fi. Always feel welcome, and the staff are very knowledgeable on all the products. Great to do a deal with, highly recommend!
I'm furious! The way we've treated is beyond bad!!! The attitude these staff members had is absolutely unacceptable. When we approached them asking about a product, they looked at us as if we were dirt! They told us to read the product label instead of explaining!!!! A sevege attitude adjustment and customer service training is required here big time!!!!
As you would expect from a JBHIFI. Did buy a Switch console recently but stock items didnt match up with the online prices. Had to check with staff and show sale advert. Sale item hidden out back But Overall what you generally get from a JBHIFI.
Great range of products, excellent prices and really good service, special shout out to Tyler, great product knowledge, friendly & quick service, even if he rates Sony above Bose
Always sucks me in for a quick nose around to kill time but generally leave without buying anything, and that awkward moment you walk past the unnecessary security guard standing at the exit.
Staff was helpful yet appears to be unsure what to do. Store in need of an update. Too busy and alot of the products were haphazardly placed around the store.
Poor customer service I end up walking out of the store all I wanted was a phone charger one of the staff were just talking to another staff member didn't care that I walked past them about 10 times
Great Staff, helped me on line to search and order vinyls. Great customer service.
