Called the other day seeking advice as I had spilt water on my laptop. The lady who had answered the phone wasn't helpful at all and mentioned if it wasn't turning on then not to come in, it's broken. Which in itself is a concern as turning it on with water damage would've ruined the power board? Ended up calling another provider altogether who fixed it without any concerns, was 100% more helpful and to top it off all for a reasonable price! Won't be contacting Arrow in the future for assistance.
