After calling around a few places to get my dash cams installed, I gave these guys a go and they quoted me a price about $150 less than everyone else. What was even better was they were able to install it for me the very next day. Great proximity to Joondalup shops meant I could kill time there while I waited. Super friendly staff, great price and the cameras work great! Super happy with everything and will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Left car all day, rushed install due to cash buyer walk in. Earth from amp was one screw to body, 6m of curled up rca cable behind the dash caused interference . Took to another shop to get fixed. Didn't tune or set gains. Tweeters were wired wrong with reverse polarity.

Appreciate the reply. Unfortunately upon return to the shop, I was told they were booked out for 2 weeks. After explaining that I was not at fault here, the team took a look and were unable to get the stereo working due to not knowing how to fix/diagnose the issue. Hence why I was forced to pay for another shop to fix it.

EDIT: They have contacted me and are looking to make it right. I have decided to go somewhere else to rectify the issue.

They need to check that all components of a system are working from stereo to DVD to hands free phone system are all working before sending car away

Seriously, don't bother going anywhere else. The team at Alberts Joondalup should be the people you see.

I had a new car that required audio upgrades to the capable but lackluster stereo. I went to a few car audio businesses before taking a longer drive to see the Joondalup team, based on the good reviews I'd seen online. Best choice I made.

The team were the first business to actually walk outside and look at my car to review options. Before I knew it, there were 4 staff around my car discussing options and bouncing ideas around. This was a level of service I had not experienced anywhere else.

The team put a great list of options together and I selected a package. They also knew of my car's fake engine noise through the speakers and researched how to disable it. When the proposed amplifier wouldn't fit, they called me immediately and offered a fantastic price on a better and smaller model. 

The car now sounds 1000% better than stock and is future proof for upgrades in the future. I can't recommend highly enough!
