Retravision Joondalup

Absolutely fantastic store. Purchased a vacuum a few months ago. Had to get it replaced under warranty which can always be a worry as most place couldn't care less if a sale isn't involved.. but the team here couldn't have been more prompt, helpful and supportive! Need more teams like this in the retail world! Thank you all so much.

I just bought a Westinghouse chest freezer from the Joondalup store. Karis was the Assistant in store, she was very helpful and pleasant. The driver Brendan was exceptionally helpful, he even moved our old upright freezer out the back yard even though the new one was placed another spot. The price was excellent with no extra charge for delivery. We will shop in the Joondalup store in future. Can't be more pleased with the entire process. Thanks Rosemary

I could not be happier with my purchases, the customer service, the deals and just the general feel of the store. You walk out of the store not only with your merchandise but also feeling like you have a made a new friend. Great work Heidi, Yianni and the rest of the RV team!!!!!
