Have to agree with all the other reviews - utterly clueless and rude staff.nnEnglish woman answered the phone and informed me immediately in an irritated tone that they are closed ok - I didn't read the opening hours online... 'but although they're closed she can answer my question'.nnThat was the opener - it went downhill from there. The hostility was clear!nnIf you have that kind of chip on your shoulder - then don't answer the phone at all!nnI was only calling to check a price, and was intending to go into store today to buy.nnAfter that call, I'll never step into the store - back to Dan Murphy!
Poor service !nPopped in this evening to get some wine. Went to the counter to pay and two female assistants were chatting at the till.nNo greeting, no pleasantries, nor a thank you, as they basically continued to chat. Surprised she managed to pull herself away from the conversation to push the card machine towards me.nGuess l will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
Went to buy a bottle of wine - chose one and then tried to charge me more than the ticketed price - the women server was unpleasant when I stated the facts- I will never go back with that attitude
Someone works hard keeping this place stocked - it’s ruined by aloof staff.
It’s ok, the female shop assistant needs to be more customer friendly. The store is very neat and tidy but does not seem to promote beer specials at the same time as other Cellarbrations stores.
