In fairness, the staff who showed me where a couple of items were located were fine and helped me with a smile. However, when it came time to pay, things went downhill rapidly. The girl had zero people skills, no sign of any manners, no smile just a glum look, no please or thank you. I’m a very well mannered person and thought I started with a smile and ‘good morning’, I then forced myself to return the level of service I was receiving. I didn’t feel comfortable but hopefully she got the message.
Everytime I’ve came here for a script theres a 30 minute wait, never happened at any other chemist warehouse. The last time i went here i dropped of my prescriptions and picked it up at another date only to find that they lost all of the other scripts that were stapled to the one wanted filled. I told them about this and rather than taking responsibility for their actions they tried to act like it wasn’t them despite all of them being stapled together when i dropped it off. Extremely disappointing as I need my daily medications and had to be on a 2 weeks wait list for my gp. Won’t be coming here again.
*HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*nI came into the store today just before 10am after seeing a fragrance item was available in store. I asked one of the employees to point it out to me, she went behind the counter to check with another employee and he replied loud enough for me to hear that if they couldn’t see it on the shelves don’t bother to check storage and just “make up an excuse” I would like to point out that they only had 2 people in line to check out and 4 staff members behind the counter so taking the few minutes to check out the back wouldn’t have been a huge inconvenience. They came over and fed me the excuse and then I left, once I got home I jumped on the website and ordered my item click and collect from that same store. I didn’t know lying to your customers because you were too lazy was part of “good customer service”. Thanks anyway.
I come to this pharmacy all the time, even left my script in their file. Staff are friendly and helpful I even spoke to one of the Pharmacist few times. I understand that it can`t get really busy, but that`s the way it is, I give an ample amount of time to wait.
For the past two months when I have gone to pay at the register, the same person behind the counter has been nothing but miserable.nThis staff member needs to be trained in better customer service skills. I can understand if people are rude to you then I don't expect good service but this is obviously a pattern and management should be taking more notice of how their employees are interacting with customers.nWhether it be good or bad.
