This is a very convenient local pharmacy! Easily accessible with free parking just outside. The three members of staff, including Cherie, who were working there this pm 21/5/22 were really excellent! These ladies were all very helpful, kind, friendly and professional. The ladies who usually run the Post Office there are also both lovely. Thank you so much.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I purchase a blood pressure device priced at $150 however, when I returned the item to the place of purchase, the pharmacist would not have any of it. He came from the behind the counter with a aggressive demeanour with a " What is going on here?" as if I was caught with my hand in the register.  He was rude, condescending and refused point blank to exchange the device. I didn't even ask for a refund, but an exchange, as the item was obviously not calibrated probably or is faulty. Instead, he raised his voice which in turn embarrassed me immensely in front of all the other customers.  Judging by his behaviour, my skin colour had an influence in his tone and demeanour towards me. This man should not work in the sales industry if he treats people so rudely.  I'm in the process of referring this matter to Consumer Complaint and Pharmacy board.  If he was a professional chemist, he should have recognised the potential risks of a faulty device to my mother's health and exchange it with non faulty device.

Great prices available store wide. Friendly, attentive staff. Very knowledgable.  This is the only pharmacy I'd refer my friends to.

Best value and great friendly service.

Yet again disappointed by this place.  They never seem to have what I need
