The numerous times I've been here I've received nothing but excellent service by knowledgeable staff and the phone call I made today was nothing shy of that same level of customer care. Even though they had a similar product to what I was looking for (re mobility aids), there were suggestions offered to me that might help me find the exact piece of equipment I'm looking for. In customer service there are times when you just have to accept that you don't have what a person wants, so to offer other businesses as options to help me really showed that what I needed came first and that is a huge reason why people choose to stay loyal. We'll be back for sure and will be making sure others know of the high level of service that is always given here. Thank you SO much "L" (not sure if she'd want her name given out. Lol).

Staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Will chat to you about any issues you have and offer suitable medicines. Prices are good and have a surprisingly excellent variety of stock. Would definitely come back.
