Padbury pharmacy, is by far the most amazing pharmacy! After experiencing bad reflux in pregnancy, Steve went above and beyond by spending the time to go over my options of medication, even contacting my Midwife direct, and following up with me after hours to ensure I got the best care possible. I can’t express how thankful I am for all the help and advice! Not only with this, but other times when needed too. Thank you so much Padbury pharmacy and a huge shout out to Steve!!
Great experience!! After a recommendation for Steven’s colic mix, I was pleased to be greeted by the man himself. He was helpful, personal and professional! Giving plenty of advice/tips. Excited to see if the colic mix helps our newborn.

I have been going to Padbury Pharmacy for many years. I have always experienced the best service and advice. I can not recommend them enough. We have moved several times, we may change our Doctors but will never change our pharmacy. Thank you Steve and team for always doing such a wonderful job for me and my family. You guys really care and it shows in everything you do.
I have a head cold and yesterday went to get some cold and flu medication with pseudo ephedrine as I know it works. I am a Registered Nurse so understand there are regulations around this purchase. The older women who served treated me like I was drug seeking. I handed over my drivers license and the worker asked me a set of questions to see if I was who I said I was. Date of birth, I did say it was on the license but she wanted confirmation. I was then asked if I lived at the address which was slightly changed, I presume in an attempt to catch me out so as not to provide the non prescribed medication. When I corrected the older lady, she finalised by asking if I had a loyalty card. I have never come across such a patronising and condescending attitude in a pharmacy. The rest of the staff appeared quite helpful to other customers. No sure if it was my appearance with a cold sore on my lip or if she feels she needs to go beyond the govt. guidelines on dispensing this medication
Such a pity Steve that you can answer google reviews but cannot reply to an email I sent in June. Honestly had the worst experience with this pharmacy. Got strung along on the promise that formula would be arriving and it never did. Then got the rudest response from Steve. When I rung Neocate myself they said they had plenty of formula sitting there. Steve then said he wasn’t ordering it cause it was a $100 delivery fee and asked if I was going to pay this. Disgusting. I should have made a formal complaint based on the way we were treated. So happy to be done with this pharmacy. If you are a mum in need of prescription formula I advise going somewhere else, at least you won’t be strung along. This is the copy of the email I sent in June that I never had a response to: Hi Steve, I have had a chance to reflect on our earlier conversation regarding my daughter's script for neocate. First off I would like to say we choose to bring our script to you guys originally because I had positive experiences at your pharmacy. Unfortunately I can no longer say that. The phone call I had with yourself today was very disappointing. I never asked your pharmacy to go above and beyond for us as you have said you did. All I needed was for you to tell me whether you could or could not supply the formula. For three weeks I have been told the formula would be coming. If I was told you could not supply it I would have looked into my different options before our supply had completely run out. As soon as your staff informed me yesterday that you were unable to supply it, I was on the phone to my paediatrician. I had already sorted a pharmacy to supply the neocate gold and had sorted a script from the peadiatrician for myself to pick up Secondly the fact that I mentioned the first staff member I spoke to yesterday seemed to be unsympathetic to the situation seemed to be taken by you as a character attack of your staff. This comment made by myself was then completely dismissed by yourself as something your staff couldn’t possibly be. Also seemed you wanted to fulfill the script you owed us and then be done with us, after we have done nothing wrong. We have more then understanding of the situation we have all been put in, but feel that the way we have been treated as though we are asking for something we are not entitled to ask for is something we don’t have to tolerate.
Wow! Just had a my first experience at padbury pharmacy. Firstly I want to add I train in customer service and can't help but analyze every business I go to. As soon as I walked in I saw the place was pumping. It was so busy, yet I also noticed the staff were all smiling, Happy to be serving. They knew must customers by name and provided a fantastic service to every customer. Whilst waiting I looked round the store and saw they had a wonderful collection of products that you don't always see. I was served by Steve, whom I believe owns both the pharmacy and the colic mix. Steve was amazing in helping me in guidance and information about my 5 week old son. He offered sage advice with no judgement something hard come by for new mum's. Everyone has a bloody opinion Honestly the whole experience was advice 5 stars. I will deffiently return. Thanks Steve and team.
