This is my local pharmacy, been spending at least $200 every month for my family living here and overseas to buy medicine and regular multivitamins. However they refused to help me out with passport witness signing saying they are too busy. Couldn’t see even one customer in the waiting area tbh, happened 3 times. Every other pharmacy do it happily and some don’t even charge a cent. I even told them I’m happy to pay or donate but yet they refused. Since then I’ve spent all my money at Priceline 5 minutes away, prices are reasonable and excellent customer service.Always wondered why this store is quiet compared to other chemist WH but didn’t take too long to figure out

The staff here are great and helpful/ usually get everything I need when asking  however the security guard/s   i imagine hired contracters through a provider have proven to be extremely rude, on a power trip and I have been  accused of stealing multiple times when I have shown a receipt and offered to show my bags... really need to get the security trained up in polite service and dealing with people better as its extremely off-putting and ruins someone's day when they are embarrassed in front of groups of people and falsely accused. I had to empty contents of my bags twice on two occasions , and have been a loyal chemist warehouse customer for years.

Love when protein is half price. My muscles are so big now. Minus one star for being more of a store than a warehouse though. No way a forklift could fit down those aisles, even with a forklift certified operator at the helm.

Pretty poor experience, with Fitzgerald st chemist warehouse. Doing click and collect. They said that my items were ready for pick up only to rock up with items missing and staff taking their time to look for the rest of the items… I could of just done this in the first place

This chemist is an absolute joke of a business. Power tripping door 'bouncer' security guard who's drunk on power, twirling his ridiculous moustache and incorrectly accusing shoppers of pocketing items without apology each time he gets it wrong! Staff also have no idea about customer service, happily standing in the way of customers, filling shelves slowly without regard for those trying to get through or needing to grab something where they're stood. I don't understand how they're still in business!
