This is a drug and cosmetics store in Hay Street. They have a lot varieties of lotions, body wash, facial cream, hand wash, shampoo, hair colour, etc. They sell medicines of different types like aspirin, vitamins, reproductive capacity booster for both male and female. I would say prices are competitive compared to other stores in Perth. Staffs are good mannered. You can pay in cash or by credit card.

Great pharmacist but terrible assistant staff. I Was sold the wrong item because the staff are all Chinese and do not understand simple English. Rang to complain and the main pharmacist Saul was excellent! He offered to exchange the item for me at my convenience even if I'd lost the reciept. The gentleman couldn't have been more apologetic, helpful or friendly if he tried . Fantastic bloke. When I actually went in to exchange the item I was met with blank stares by the Asian customer assistant. I had to explain myself repeatedly to no avail. Finally another Asian dude came over to exchange my item but demanded to see my receipt and treated me with suspicion. I resent being made to feel like I'm some sort of scam artist when in fact i had been inconvenienced by rubbish customer service. The final slap in the face came when "James" the assistant tried to charge me the balance of the item I was having replaced. I said I won't be paying for anything: it's a direct swap and to see the hand written note attached to the item (which I doubt he could read anyway) and again I was treated less than respectfully . No apology , no thanks for understanding. I speak my mind when treated rudely and I told James that his service was terrible, as it was last time . James took it upon himself to give me some back chat as I left which seems typical for this place. I made a point of writing down his name tag so I could write this review. If this is the standard of service one can expect, I'll take my money elsewhere thank you. I work in the city and spend a couple of hundred dollars a month on medication and pharmaceutical items:  I won't be spending a penny of it at this place . Absolutely terrible.

These guys are the most helpful chemists,  literally in the world.  I've just moved to Australia a few months ago and today they assisted me and provided me with such great information that I felt so comfortable once I left.  They are literally the best IN THE WORLD!

Great Chemist Warehouse prices, but the store is so small and cramped it's a pain to get round and to find what you need
