Some of the best customer service in Perth. The girls are always friendly and helpful , and i always feel welcome when I shop here. Great selection of shampoo and hair stuff, and often at a discount. Love dropping into Priceline carillon. Been coming in for years and its largely due to how lovely the staff are :) Thanks guys !

Like other loyal customers who have left reviews, I was also falsely accused of theft ! After spending 135.00 in one transaction, their staff followed me around the store and the manager came out to follow me also. Imagine my shock when the check out staff asked to check my bag like i was a thief. Disgusting behaviour from a store that is clearly lacking anything to do. There are better priceline stores in Perth CBD. So please avoid this one. They are horrible and accuse regular priceline customers of theft. Since this experience? i now shop at Chemist warehouse and have never looked back.

I went in looking for a lipstick color that had sadly been discontinued. The cosmetician there was delightful and patiently helped me try almost every lipstick in the store. I ended up with a color almost identical to the one i was looking for. Its rare to find such good customer service these days! Priceline Carillon is a hidden gem!

Staff are always friendly. Product knowledge could be improved, as I could not get far with the questions I have at times. However its one of my fave stores to visit.

Was accused of shoplifting because of my age. Demanded me to take everything out of my bag and searched all the pockets which wasted both of our time. Very rude staff who also followed me around the shop and was very disrespectful. Did not check an older ladys bag which is biased and rude. Will not be going back as I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal.
