Helpful staff apart from the receptionist in the orthopaedic ward. Very rude and unprofessional, she should invest in some customer service skills training. Especially in a place where people are in pain.

Plastics Nurses on Level 5 have helped me greatly. Thanks Jo & Ali. Make an 8.30am appointment  and skip the lengthy wait times. Well Done.
