Small chemist nestled at the southern entry of raine square in the Perth City. Has everything you need in this cute little store. Nice and bright with friendly staff members. Very handy if you are using the public car park and needed to go to a chemist on your way home

I obviously received the same “service” as the below customer. I called to enquire about a pick up and was taken aback by the snarky, rude and blunt response. By far the worst customer experience I’ve had. Shocked that this is acceptable!

The pharmacist I just spoke to on the phone displayed disgusting, unempathetic and rude behaviour. They made no effort to help me and spoke to me in blunt rude statements. Then had the gall to snap at me!  I am currently in isolation with no support and have now run out of my medication that I CANNOT go cold turkey off. I have a new script available and was offered no means to supply it.  Not impressed, won't be using this service again and will make sure to inform as many people as possible about how I was just treated!

Absolutely terrible customer service, I was booked in for a Covid-19 booster and I needed a particular vaccine due to a previous bad reaction, I took time off work, paid for parking and when I arrived I was told that they don’t stock that vaccine at all and offered me the one I had a bad reaction to, they had all of my details and could have rung me to let me know so I could have made other arrangements.

Won’t be going there again, took ages for prescription medicine. They just forgot to look at my slip and just keep serving customers after me. Not impressed with the service with the girl, who says won’t be long, rather than reminding pharmacist, that someone is waiting for prescription. After 15-20 mins of waiting for prescription medicine, pharmacist is asking me, how can i help you ‍. Need to be organised and focus on customer service.

Staff were helpful in finding the product for me. and also in putting the transation through, so it could be sent to me during our lockdown. good customer service. kindly people.

Was lucky enough to be served by Michael,today. This is the second time in a week. Went back as I was impressed by Michael's genuine desire to help. He has excellent interpersonal skills and shows empathy. I highly commend Michael to anyone who needs a central apothecary.
