Just had my third jab here. I’m an outright needle-phobe, just thinking about the things frighten me. They were quick, efficient and the pharmacist was personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease. For anyone who’s scared of needles or just wants a pharmacist with an awesome attitude drop in to these guys. Thank-you!

Did Malaysian passport photos here, and they were accepted by the consulate. Good price. Friendly and quick service. Note to Scott - thanks for taking the time to check the spec, the consulate accepted the smaller sized version you gave me, and yes do not cut into individual photos, the consulate insists on doing it themselves.

I won't recommend this place because of their ignorance and bad customer service. I had to wait for 40mins for my vaccination and I found out the pharmacist wasn't even aware of my appearance at the end. The reception wasn't organized and not professional at all. Of course they don't have waiting area and they don't check on you after you got vaccination. I don't believe they have capability to manage Covid vaccination.

What a pleasure it is to walk into a pharmacy and immediately be attended with friendly, old fashioned customer service. There’s a great sense of customer comes first with this business. It may be tucked away and not have the flashy corporate look of the chain pharmacies, but nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff here and you know they’re not going to rip you off with loyalty program gimmicks or advice driven by profit. They also stock some of the harder to find European cosmetics which is brilliant.

Fitch's Chemist has been my pharmacy for the last 15 years. They are a small family own business and all the staff is absolutely AMAZING... knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Unlike most other "discounted" pharmacy, they take the time to talk to you about your health and work together with you to find ways to improve it. I'm thoroughly impressed by how they are always keeping themselves up to date with the latest health research. Thank you for always giving me such amazing service. I can't recommend them enough.

Did my booster shot here. No appointment, just walk in.  Very efficient and everything went smoothly. Pfizer and moderna available. Keep it up guys

I don’t live in Perth but every time I’m in the city I go out of my way to visit Fitch’s for all my pharmacy needs. The staff are friendly and polite and the Pharmacist’s always go the extra mile to give me advice and answer my questions. Having a pre-existing chronic condition, it gives me piece of mind to speak with the Pharmacist at Fitch’s. I have been assisted by a number of staff over time and they have all been amazingly helpful. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are top notch and very customer service oriented. They also have a nurse on duty that can help with writing prescriptions, doctors notes, etc. Always cute stuff to keep you occupied while you wait for your prescription. Cold drinks available. Great spot for Halloween/ costume makeup.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are open early so it's handy when you get off at Perth Underground Station and you need something before work. Also having the Nurse Practitioner is fantastic. If you work in the city is so convenient to pop in there should your doctor be located out in the suburbs.
