I was here to purchase some gifts from my vacation. Good to buy some nutritional supplements for my parents. For foreigners, you can get approx. 9%  tax refund at the airport for the receipt of spend over$300.

I tried ordering a product online for click and collect. The website said it was in stock at this location. I purchased and was notified that it wasn’t in stock and that I could either get a refund or wait. I waited and 20 days later the order was cancelled and refunded with no contact. I looked online and the product was still in stock.nnThe good:nGenerally this location is ok as the staff are helpful and I have had no problems getting help.nnThe bad:nThe space is too cramped making it difficult to navigate during busy times.nnMy rating is low as my experience of Chemist Warehouse overall was bad.

I didn't manage to get her name, but I was served on Sunday afternoon by the girl working in the prescriptions area. It was quite busy as it was only about 30 minutes before closing and many customers were impatient and inconsiderate to the fact that she was working alone at such a busy time.nDespite that, she still managed to provide prompt and friendly service to everyone waiting.nCannot commend her enough for her service, especially considering the circumstances.

Good selection of items at a good price, helpful staff with efficient and speedy check-out staff

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Chemist Warehouse. The staff member I spoke to was rude and impatient, and when I asked for help, they responded in a dismissive way. It made me feel very unwelcome. I hope the management can improve staff training and customer service.
