Leaving a 5-star review because I was happy with my click & collect experience. My order was prepared quickly within hours. The matter of an out-of-stock item was resolved easily online. I did not have any issues picking up my order from their cashier. No issues with the order itself - all items complete and in good condition.nnI'm not gonna complain about the queues or how congested/crowded it is inside because that's what you expect from Chemist Warehouse ‍ Come here for the prices, not the ambience.

Checkout staff should not give customers the option to leave the till without a receipt if the security guard is going to demand to check the receipt.nnSo disappointing and discriminating to be belittled by the security guard when we did not have a receipt for the purchase we had JUST made if you’ve been to this location, you know how close the checkout area is to the front door, and for cotton pads, we didn’t think it was necessary to get a receipt.nnThis is not the first time I have visited this location straight after work therefore my attire naturally will be slightly dirty, and the same security guard has only pulled us aside to check our belongings, regardless of other people beeping going out of the store.nnWhen explained to the security guard that it wasn’t just us beeping, the security guard proceeded to not listen and continue speaking over us instead in  a loud tone. Had he listened and paid a tiny bit of attention he would have understood that the reason I had beeped, was due to a security tag from an item I had in my bag from the previous store I visited of which I had the receipt, and like I said, I was trying to show and explain to him. Instead he ignored me and continued to yell. While this was happening, there were other customers leaving who also beeped, but were not stopped. Very disappointed and sad from this experience, will definitely be choosing another chemist next time.

Went here on my lunch break to get a wrist brace. 60s after I paid for it I realised the box was empty. Despite not leaving the store and the staff member not serving another customer I had to wait for them to review CCTV only to be told they didn’t have another and get a refund. Waste of time and I felt like a criminal.nnFollowing this poor example of customer service I went to Cravens pharmacy one block away. The shop assistant sized my wrist and helped me to try on the splint. She explained how to care for it and was very kind. This was excellent customer service and I highly recommend attending this pharmacy instead.

I'm very impressed with the customer service of the staff and pharmacist at Murray street chemist warehouse in Perth city. Extremely helpful with information and side effects of medication and also knowledge of products in the store. Very minimal wait time there for filling scripts. Store stockwd well with lots of products. Disabled parking right out the front otherwise city parking very limited however walking distance from the Murray street and Hay street mall and train station.

Staff are amazing, and a lot of products availablenOnly downside is that it’s not very mobility aid accessible and the isles are narrow
