Giving this branch a solid five stars for how complete their product range is. Beyond the usual pharmacy items, they also carry a wide selection of perfumes and makeup, which makes it easy to find everything in one stop.nnI was specifically looking for lactose enzyme supplements and anesthetic lozenges that I couldn’t find back home, and they had them available. There are also value pack options at fairly cheaper prices, which is always a plus.nnAnother bonus: it’s within walking distance from my hotel, so it was super convenient to drop by whenever I needed something. Definitely a reliable go-to pharmacy while in Perth.
Poor servicesnnI didn't realized there was a rounding until I went out of store. I ask for money back by paid by card. And got laughed at.nnI came back waited patiently after I found I paid more. I gave the feedback the price I paid is 8 but should be 7.98.nStaff said because you paid by cash. I explained 2 cents rounding shouldnot be paid by me as the price is not 4 dollars each. And she laughed said she didn't do the rounding, which triggered me became angry nnI said The rounding is not customer should paid the rounding. I'd love to paid by card if there is no surcharge fee. She said she'll let manager know.nnManager came after. I said it's 3.99 and I paid by cash but the price is actually 4 dollars. I like to get my 2 cents back. Can I paid by card if there's no surcharge fee and get my cash back.nnThe manager said because HERE IS AUSTRALIA. We can't give you the 2 cents back.nnI said if you can't get the 2 cents back just change the product into 4 dollars as it is actually that price. He said I don't think so!nnI said it's rounding paid by customer. If you want, the store should paid the rounding . He said Can you let me to do the refund?nI said can't you do the refund at the same time.nHe said I can't do multitask...nnAnd then he said the refund will return to you in three days. I said I paid by cash!nnEventually get my money back by switching payment method from cash into card after arguing.nnIt's my first time arguing at a store as they were not doing it in professional way nor showing any respect to other people.nnOne cent is also money. One cent exist for a reason. Switch to paid by card is not that difficult.
I had an unpleasant experience at the store recently. While I was paying at the counter, I temporarily placed my trolley near another counter where there was already a pile of trolleys. A customer nearby told me I couldn’t leave it there, and I politely explained that I was still paying and would move it immediately.nnWhat made the situation worse was that the security staff standing nearby did nothing to manage the situation—they just stood there and told me I was “blocking her,” without offering any assistance or guidance. I found this response unhelpful and quite rude.nnIt was frustrating that, instead of helping maintain order or resolving the situation, staff made me feel like I was in the wrong even though I was actively paying and had every intention to move the trolley. I hope management reviews staff training to ensure customers are treated with common sense and respect.
Super bad staff. Unhelpful and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Make sure you get a hard copy of your receipt as they will not except returns without one which I insisted. Drug fuelled staff 3 months ago, nothing has changed. I understand it’s a unsavoury store albeit I’d expect the staff to be clean and sober whilst on duty. Elderly BEWARE, they shouted down an elderly lady that was confused where the line to pay was. A disgusting experience from Officeworks Perth.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Yesterday, I bought four bottles of vitamins, and today the entire range went on sale — about AUD $20 cheaper. I went back to the store with my receipt and products, simply asking for a price adjustment or to return and repurchase the items so I could get the $20 difference.nnThe staff at the counter told me they do not accept returns, even though no one mentioned this at the time of purchase. I wasn’t even asking for a full return — just a refund of the price difference since the sale started literally the next day.nnWhat surprised me the most was that the staff insisted I should have checked their website beforehand, and that the no-return policy was written there. I bought the items in store, so being told to “check the website first” was unbelievable and completely unreasonable.nnOverall, the customer service was unhelpful and inflexible, and I left feeling very frustrated. I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.
