Zero stars should be an option. This store sells a faulty product and won't return it. Says best they can do is throw it out for me if I buy another. What the.... I'll be reporting to DOCEP tomorrow and never return to that store, like the majority of people with the same issue at this location. Bitterly disappointed with staff and will vote with my feet. See ya chemist warehouse, your not that cheap only your specials are. Is rather pay more and have better...... some customer service.

Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. Definitely deserves a five star rating for consistently great service.

Very disappointed and disgusted. Just because i was wearing a bag, jacket and wearing an oversized comfy clothes. The security keeps on following me like I’m a shop lifter. I feel so disappointed and there’s a time that I was in line and the cashier told me if it’s okay to let the guy that was behind me first and i said it was okay. But i just told her that i would get a hand lotion and was just in the side. There’s another guy who told me i was being rude for cutting in line and they didn’t even defend me. Was so disappointing in my part. But lol wont ever go here again.

Honestly, if i could make this zero. I would. Terrible customer service. Refused to take back a faulty product, had to contact chemist warehouse head office, to no avail.  Then on another occasion the wrong product was scanned and I was overcharged - bought this to their attention and it was made out to be my fault! Weird management and even worse customer service.

The staffs on 10 July are really helpful and friendly. Definately 5 stars for these girls, you guys rock

Very disappointing shopping experience in this store. Poor customer services and ridiculous attitudes. Everyone has a bad day a grown up will keep it to ourselves.

I have been going to Chemist Warehouse NB for a few years. I have never been treated with such kindness at a chemist. The pharmacists are patient which is admirable for such a busy business and incredibly knowledgable. They have also always gone above and beyond by assisting with the management of my scripts.

Unfortunately I have an on going back injury, so I'm a regular here, the staff are amazing,they know me by name lol. Very professional and personable keep up the good work

I had the worst shopping experience with them. Maybe everyone knows they don’t allow returns on vitamins but I did not because it’s not the kind of thing I buy often, because I trusted them as a big brand and also because no one told me so when paying. Def learnt my lesson today. Bought a box of vitamin from them which they kept behind the counter and the price tag couldn’t be seen. The shop assistant told me price was $120 but it came to $145 in the end. I paid for it but had to return it after 5 minutes, and they refused. They can change the product or give you a credit for future, but they can’t do refund. I find it ridiculous. It’s not that you can’t return the product, you just can’t get a refund. They want to keep my money, but I certainly won’t trust them ever again. And the whole return process took about 20 minutes. I’ll definitely think twice if I ever need to buy anything from them again, especially something at this price.
