Went here last week and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service and knowledge of one of the staff members. She seems fairly young but recommended me the most amazing thing for my cold which made me feel better and help with my recovery. The only negative thing I would need to mention is that the owner seemed to give me a cold and unfriendly look upon entering the store. When I gave her staff member the prescription for my antibiotics she literally snatched it from the girl's hands and told her to MOVE. With such mannerisms and tone I am surprised that my parents down the road speak so highly of her. The way she spoke and treated her staff worker was terrible. If it weren't for the staff worker who gave me great advice I would have rated this place a 1/5. Besides the owner everything else in this quaint store is lovely. The service is definitely more personal than going further down the road to chemist warehouse. Recommended as long as you don't get the owner.

I had a terrible cough one evening and went to Trinh's Pharmacy as they were still open at 7pm and the concern given was much more genuine and helpful than my usual chemist down the road. They reassessed my cough which i believed to be the remnants of a cold and suggested that it was perhaps due to my asthma. 
The pharmacist then recommended me an alternative product and dispensed my usual prescription in which she matched chemist warehouse's prices. I have decided to now change my pharmacy.

I recently had to google this pharmacy to find their phone number to notify them that my dad was in hospital and my mum wasn't coping well with the stress. This pharmacy normally delivers my parents their medication all year round in rain, hail or shine and my parents are fiercely loyal. My folks live at a retirement village in Menora about 15mins away and are always speaking highly of them as they have been customers for many long years. I never understood why they both were so adamant about buying all of their medications there until I realised that their duty of care and concern were beyond anything I had ever witnessed or even heard of. My folks and their friends are always speaking highly of a lass there named Donna and I never thought much of it until I saw some flowers left by her by my dad's hospital bed. She had taken her money and time to check on him and send get well flowers as she was obviously genuinely concerned for his well being. All the folks at the village love this girl and tell me stories of her running in the rain, delivering after hours for emergencies and the little details she recalls about each one of them from their personal quirks to their preferred type of shampoo. I could not believe the amount of praise they all had for this girl until I saw the genuine care she had for my folks and obviously all the other folks she delivers to. I had to laugh when they all swore they'd follow her to another pharmacy if they had to. The trust they have in this girl is quite heart felt and I knew I had to write this review to clarify that this pharmacy is truly about the quality of the staff and not because of the extra few dollars you may have to spend if needed. I'd gladly pay more knowing that I could trust in their abilities as well as their honest concern for my family's health. I know I appreciate the care and I think I speak for many people by saying a big thank you to Trinh and Donna for everything you have done for all of the folks at Scottish Masonic.

I went there today and the staff member dona was extremely helpful and thorough with advice and help required. I did not feel rushed even though it was such an untidy but busy store.
