Hi, I’d like to raise a complaint about my recent experience. Your website says I can simply send a prescription to your number for compounding, which I did. I even received a reply confirming the order and was asked if I’d like pickup or delivery. I chose to pick up, but after driving half an hour to your store, I was told I couldn’t collect it without the original prescription.nnIf you always require the original, why offer SMS as an option? It’s very misleading and caused a total waste of my time and money. The staff at the counter was also extremely rude and condescending, lecturing me about “legal documents” instead of helping. I’ve purchased from your pharmacy before and never had this issue. I spent over an hour for nothing, and now I have to pay again for a new prescription. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We ordered for a compound medicine, they texted us but the text went to spam, i was waiting for a month finally email them and they said they texted.nWe didnt managed to collect and was waiting for a time to suit us as it wasnt in our daily route, went there after 6 months from the first compounded date and been told the medication will be expired in 3 days. They offer for a 50% on second batch, the medication cost $235.nIf they have mentioned in any form for communication or follow up with the collection, we won't have missed it. There were 1 fup for the entire 6m,without even bother the mentioning the expiry date of the medication.nnIt is very disappointing.

Gets very busy here at times, but better now the renovations have been completed.nMostly very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to fix a scripting error on one of my medications.
