Have always had a great experience here. While walking in means a little wait, calling ahead to organise my script means walk in walk out.nGreat service with alternatives if out of stock. Always informative about repeat scripts.nParking can be hard at times, but that's not their fault. A little walk isn't that hard.
Always had great service. I call ahead to order the script and receive a text message when it's ready. No problems collecting just always busy with lots of other people collecting too but service is nice and quick and the staff really friendly.
Kind professional staff that know what they are doing. Very happy to see that you guys are expanding as the reception is very area is very small. Jason is my favourite as he is switched on and very professional but down to earth and approachable type of person
I moved here from America in late 2022 and have been going to Oxford for my medication since early 2023. I'm extremely happy with the quality of service always provided. The staff at Oxford is always so helpful and nice, even when I have a few questions to ask and it's a bit busy. I appreciate all that they do!
Have been using Oxford Compounding for a long time and have always found the ordering process very efficient with knowledge about the products I’m using very helpful. Very clean & tidy reception arean soon to be renovated with the physical processing of compounding medication to an extremely high standard.nHighly recommended.
