The service depends on who’s working but I got served by a younger girl with adidas shoes and a Vivienne Westwood necklace and she was completely condescending and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I can see you only want to work there just to pay for your tik Tok trend accessories and not because you care

I’ve been here before without issues, however today I went to pick up a script for 3 different medications. Despite being the only customer, I had to wait 30 minutes. The pharmacist also did not get my medication right. He first tried to grab the OTC version of my medication OTC has 1 pill, scripted has 4 pills, then gave me the wrong dose of my next medication. It was lucky I checked before I paid. Prices are very expensive compared to other pharmacies as well! Definitely won’t be returning. The staff were nice however their job is literally to provide correct medications for patients, and there were two errors. It wasn’t as if the shop was busy either as I know it can be a bit flustering when there’s lots of customers but I was the only person there.

I was staying at the Hilton for a piano conference that I’d been organizing for a year. It had been an extremely stressful week. I forgot my medication, so I thought all good I’ll solve the problem - so paid for an expensive uber to go to this after hours chemist - the Beaufort Chemist.  I had my two escripts that I’d emailed through and also had on my phone. After ubering in, the pharmacist said my script was out of stock. This was extremely emotionally distressing and I cried for hours after. It’s completely unacceptable for a pharmacy to not have your medications in. I need to take my medication every day. They even had the medication in a lesser dose which if they have me that pack it would have rectified the problem. Instead of apologising they got defensive and were just so rude to me when I was at breaking point. It’s sad that people don’t show kindness and compassion at this chemist. Never in my 20 years of taking this medication has it been out of stock. To be torn down in this way was such a distressing experience and this chemist is not a good business. Just do not go here they are rude and unprofessional, lacking compassion and professionalism.

I have been a customer of this chemist for 7 years and really appreciate the friendly professional staff and the night nurse clinic. Today I rang and ordered a special gift pack to be made up and when I got there it was beautifully presented and especially gift wrapped for me. Wow! Thank you for that you wouldn’t get that at Priceline.

The person on the counter by at this time was so  rude. We know that it is difficult to work on special dates such as December 25th so we always try to be empathetic and kind to the people who are working on those dates. We expect the same treatment, no need to throw away orders or look hateful. A greeting and a thank you is enough. Merry Christmas
