First of all, clearly paid reviews. They're all either local guides or one review five-stars. One of them is an account called "Google User." Too obvious by far. There are good and bad things about the chemist. The location is the closest to the city, the parking is ample and the store is one of the best laid out pharmacies I've been inside. Basically this place has a lot of potential, but they have quite a few weak links in staff. If your staff make a mistake which delays someones medication by 24hrs, apologize. I wouldn't have been happy but I would have accepted it. Don't instead tell the person "Oh you should email more than once and call daily to make sure we remember." Hugely unprofessional, as is refusing to scan the script because quote "I don't want to." So is serving from the customers side of the counter actually. In fact, the whole experience was with unprofessional staff except for one woman names Maureen (?). I don't even think that's their fault, they just need to be trained in basic things like "Hey you're paid to fulfill scripts, which means noting phone conversations, checking emails and scanning are all major parts of your job description, not optional extras." and "It isn't the customers job to call you to remind you to do your job."

Great place, helpful and easy to get in and out. Not a crowded place. Fair prices. I buy my shoe inserts here among other things.

I love this pharmacy. Chetan one of the pharmacists was able to help with a long term minor health issue that no other medical professional has been able to help with. His expertise with both pharmaceutical and traditional (alternative) medicine is comprehensive. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Free parking is available out the front which makes life easy when just passing by or you need something in a hurry.

The times on their Website don't match up with what time they are actually open. Very frustrating when you've driven over there. Also can see where it says what says the compounding pharmacist is there.
