The mature woman push me to pay the stuff drop which I don't even touch and its one meter away from me. Really unpleasant experience. I didnot have time to argue whole day even I know I can ask them to proof from cctv camera that I DIDNOT BROKEN their stuff.

On 30/11/2016 at 11.15pm I have been mistreated by the staff at  superchem. My 9 months old daughter was in the pram and grabbed a glass item placed on a low shelf just under the cash register. It broke and I was told to pay for it! And I did with no hesitation. all I said was "please just for safety reasons can those breakable things be removed out of reach for children just in case" In a nice manner. I was told It was my fault for placing the pram where it shouldn't be! 

Like come on where will I place it on top of my head. Or a meter away while i pay for my things. This is unbelievable. I'm not trying to be rude or anything everyone knows who I am and how polite and generous I am. But paying for something I shouldn't have and been told it was my fault for been in hold of a pram while I was paying for my things is just not right. It was a bad experience and I will never go there again and for those who want to know more about it. My advice if you have kids in a pram or without a pram don't go there.
