Was here yesterday . There were 4 customers at till. 1teller. Another 4 were standing next to her having a big conversation with laughter and swearing.nThey must have customer service problem, and expensive to run. Made my blood boil, I have to work for my money while they have a party. This was around 3:15 in afternoon

I came in today with my parenter around 8:10 I got served by the cashier she was a sweetheart and accidentally charged me twice for Advil and was very apologetic and called down the pharmacist to give me a refund which I was totally ok with but the pharmacist was very nasty to her made some not nice comments infront of me “ you can punch her in the face if you want” I felt very uncomfortable and felt very bad for the young lady she didn’t deserve that we all make mistakes and she was very nice about it no one should be treated that way in their work place, hope you guys can teach her a thing or two about customer service and respect. Thank you

I had the pleasure to be served by a young gentleman by the name of Eli. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. He showed respect and kindness and went out of his way to help me due to only recently having surgery. I would gladly come shop at this chemist warehouse anytime. Not all heroes wear capes, some wear a blue button up chemist warehouse shirt. Keep up the good work Eli. :
