The male pharmacist would not let me finish one sentence regarding my question about my prescription and continued to talk over the top of me and then he hung up the phone on me! Unprofessional and rude! I will never go to this pharmacy again!

Beware of their inflated pricing!! I asked if they could price match on 4 prescription medicines. Although they said "possibly" they didn't ask what prices they were matching-and i got quoted a good 35% more than i could get it elsewhere. I said "thanks but no thanks" & off i went never to return again.

I cannot speak more highly of the staff here - we were out of medication for our son and he cannot miss a day of this. The medication had to be compounded and they went above and beyond to ensure we received it that afternoon. Literal life savers and so humble too. The customer service from Doves is impeccable and very inviting!

I have been attending Doves pharmacy for 22years and am continually amazed at the wonderful cheerful staff. They always treat me like a long lost friend. The pharmacist is very helpful and assists in any queries I have. My daughter is disabled and is treated like royalty which she LOVES. Thank you Doves.

I have been coming to Dove's for more than 20 year's and I am always amazed at the friendliness and help the Pharmacist and Staff give me. Always going out of their way to help with advice and just going the extra mile all the time. In my opinion, they are second to none.

This is easily the best pharmacy I have ever used! I am a regular customer and they always have my scripts ready to go. The employees are very friendly and I highly recommend this place.

I have used this pharmacy a couple of times as it's convenient being close to the doctor and the service is good. The last two times they have lost or misplaced my prescriptions which is particularly in convenient. I was made to feel I was the one who lost it... I am moving, so have to keep my priority medication handy... and considering it's migraine medication I don't dare take it separate or apart so I am pretty peeved to feel that they think it me who is to blame here. Both prescriptions are authority prescription so now I have to go through the hoops again to get a new prescription. I won't be using this pharmacy again. Twice in as many days says someone if not all are not paying enough attention to the people that are being served.

The pharmacist went above and beyond to create my compound ointment on the day of notice so I could fly to work and begin my treatment. Thanks so much, really appreciate it, definitely put me at ease.

I stupidly left my prescription to be stored in the pharmacy for Lexapro, only to find that the place is not open on Sunday Jan 27 or Monday Jan 29. I realised I had run out of my medication on the Saturday and I am in disbelief that a pharmacy is not open two days in a row. While the symptoms of being without my medication are uncomfortable to say the least, I am fortunate I am not a customer of this pharmacy that needs lifesaving scripts. Won’t be using this place again.

The staff at Dove are very friendly and very helpful.  They go the extra mile and make you feel special. Open excellent hours highly recommend them.
