Staff in the shop were really nice, but nobody warned us that after buying a 50 kg item, my 67 year old husband would have to lift it into our car ALONE. He hurt his elbow and was in pain for a week. It's still not quite right now. The girl in the loading dock just announced 'I can't help you'. In that case, why wasn't there a forklift or something to assist in the lift? How had she got the box to the doorway herself, if not by using one? Very bad form and downright dangerous for the customer.
So much to see. Quality merchandise. Staff were very helpful and friendly

When you spend over $200 in the store, you would expect to at least get a free bag. You should not have to pay for a bag. After all isn’t carrying a bag around the S/C with your purchase - FREE ADVERTISING Disgusting when they are making huge profits
This shop charges a dollar for a carrier bag with their name on it. Most shops are happy with the free advertising but not Rebel money grabbers
Clean facilities and nice staff
Good, got a good deal on a smart watch. Plus some other specials. You can even try out the basketball hoops.
