Went in this morning to purchase a particular item and the sales person was friendly and helpful in locating what I was looking for. She helped with sizing and I ended up purchasing more than I intended. Great customer service. Very happy.
Visited the store 27/9/18 after work and won't be back, customer service is non existent. No other customers were in the store except for my daughter and myself. We spent time looking at items on the rack, whilst the shop assistant stood behind the counter staring. No acknowledgement, no hello can I help you. We were both totally ignored whilst the girl behind the counter just stood there doing NOTHING! This is the reason why people will shop online. Lorna Jane you need to teach your staff some customer service skills!
Don’t bother shopping here, they won’t help you. Went into the Whitfords Lorna Jane store on Sat 4/8/18 with my sister just before 4pm to look at workout gear as one of my training partners had a nice LJ top. Despite there being ZERO other people in the store, we were completely ignored by the sales person- no greeting, can I help you with anything, nothing. She just stood behind the counter working/ playing on the computer. Surprised still in business if that’s how they treat customers! Won’t be going back again, ever. The staff are FAR nicer at Rebel Sports just a few doors up, & they’ve great range there, & they’re also nicer Running Bare & Lululemon in Karrinyup & quality of their stuff is excellent.
In June last year I went in wearing my long LJ yoga pants and asked to buy 2 pairs exactly the same for work , sales person replied we don't have any but I can get some in from another store . I asked if they were going to be exactly the same?? Because she could see them on me she replied yes they will be After receiving them through the post, they we're NOT EXACTLY THE SAME! ! Been I work at Woolworths in the shopping centre I returned them because they had LJ 000 logo on the side and would not be allowed to wear them to work. So for &100 per pair I purchased 2 pairs I returned them the next day and explained why I returned them, and said they WEREN'T the same. Even tho SHE ordered the WRONG ones I did not get a refund but an in store credit for $200 . At that time I needed work pants not workout gear that I have enough of and had to fork out more money somewhere else. No choice I was stuck with the voucher so I purchased few things and a pair of yoga / Pilates tights . Last week I returned them because they were faulty the LJ 000 was peeling off she replied I must be hanging them in the sun which is IMPOSSIBLE because my washing line is around the side of the house and gets 90% shade. The mesh on the side had frayed as well she replied looks like they got caught somewhere which they DID NOT! . Then she looked up when I bought them which was 6 months ago she replied it's wear and tear so NO EXCHANGE! I think for what LJ prices are the tights were $99 they should last more than 6 months when they are worn 3 times a week for Pilates. I will never buy anything again for myself or friends birthday vouchers because their policies and service is ALL WRIONG. And our opinion does NOT MATTER because I have sent them an email 1 week ago and they said they would get back to me in 2 days. Disappointed because I've been a regular customer of LJ since she opened her stores in Perth. ..... When purchasing then returning the items there is no refund so customers out there be AWARE when purchasing.
Love it! Super friendly, helpful and great deals! I go there very often and always buy too much
