Spent $1000 on a couple of bikes and helmets at Christmas. Great customer service when you are handing over your money. After sale customer service is non existent. Have had an issue with one bike 3 times in 2 months, it's either a faulty product or faulty workmanship. Will not be buying from here again. Very disappointing.

Took my 20-year-old seriously neglected mountain bike to Bike Time yesterday for an assessment, expecting to be told it wasn't worth repairing and encouraged to buy a new one (as had happened elsewhere). Evan took one look and said no problem, we'll have you back on the road ready for another 20 years. Picked it up later the same day all sorted, fully repaired and serviced, and at quarter the price of even an entry-level replacement. Fantastic service - won't go anywhere else now.

We bought two bikes at this shop. Very happy with th purchases. Great Bloke, very friendly & knows his stuff. Think I'll do my future shopping here .... :) :)

Amazing customer service! Had problems with my bike, he fixed it all immediately and did a free chekup on top of that! Had my bike completely done in 15min. He even gave me a tour and made me watch how he fixed my bike. I surely wont be going to other bike shops anymore!

Awesome service, helped me get the parts I needed and let me have a bike tube for free and some parts in discount. A very happy and helpful guy :)
