Bought a house in December and Dave 'pulled out all the stops' to get a pre-purchase assessment for us for peace of mind. Since then have had regular services. The old pump stopped working, new circuit board replaced and fitted by a great knowledgeable guy called Craig. Pool was green due to the pump being broken but after his service and treatment, it was clear in just 24hrs. On top of that, he reset all the old settings so it did not confuse the pump and fitted a broken weir door. Excellent service, thank you guys.
Since 2018 we have used Poolmart. Whilst they started off with excellent service... it went downhill from there. Images of pool on 40 degree day - one week from pool technician attendance - below Short history. - Purchased the top of the range Auto Pool chlorinator at David's request. Has not functioned correctly since 2019. Constant ACL Error issues. The only reason they came to address the issue was following a threat to take the matter to Consumer Affairs. - Upon "repair" finally in November. The issue returned. Constant calls to their office and emails remain unresponded to. - The pool technician that attends to maintain the pool castigates us because the pool is green. Incredible - as we purchased an Auto Clorinator from them and pay them to maintain the pool. Whilst David seems to be a very knowledgable fellow - his after sales service is abominable. AVOID. PS David - if you read this. Next communication will be from Consumer Affairs
Very honest business and they always do the righty by us. They have come around home to help us when we got stuck and have taught us how to maintain it ourselves. We don’t even ask for a quote and often they tell us everything is fine with our poolPEACE OF MIND. Highly recommend these people
What a huge disappointment. Were so helpful when I needed a new pool pump and to return a faulty pool cleaner. Very good at making out like my current pool person wasn't good. I made the mistake of moving to them for pool maintenance. First testing was a huge bill. Lots of excuses as to why. Supposedly they knew the algaecide my previous pool guy used wasn't as good as theirs. Given they didn't know who my previous pool person was or what product they used, this amazes me. But even worse is when I cancelled their service, they refused to give me my pool testing results. Said they would and then didn't. A request from consumer protection wasn't even enough. So now I have to formalise it. Absolute embarrassment. I suspect the ridiculous amount of chemicals were not required. I wonder if they even tested it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING BUT GREED! UPDATE. They refused to participate in conciliation with consumer protection. Lied to consumer protection, like they lied to me, saying they would send through the testing results and never did. And being their unprofessional gutless selves, wouldn't answer any more calls. What an embarrassment of a business. Childish, corrupt and greedy. PLEASE AVOID AND SPREAD THE WORD. Steve you are an embarrassment.
Amazing service from Taylor and the team at Poolmart Joondalup last weekend. Wish I had been coming here for years - very helpful advice around pool issues and new equipment.
Amazing Service. Popped in this arvo after having some issues with my pump, they heard me out, and talked through some things I could try, rather than just trying to sell me a new pump thanx PoolWerx. Turned out all I needed was a new capacitor, now it’s humming along nicely.. thanks!!
Had a bad week for the pool! Pump stopped working and had to buy a new one. Didn't realise it was 12 years old!!. Then the cartridge filter cannister split. I spoke to Darren at Poolmart and as it was still under 5/5 warranty, he arranged for a replacement and now it's all going fine. Thanks to the staff at Poolmart for the help and saving me money!
We had a fantastic experience with pool mart Joondalup. We’re incredibly helpful with our issue with our chlorinator. Came out as soon as they could and followed up with us and the product to ensure it was all working. Really went over and above and well priced. Their monthly service is also incredibly affordable and would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you Poolmart Team!!!
I took my 4 year old $400 Davey pool pump to be repaired as it would not start without giving the fan blades a flick manually. There was no corrosion and the shaft was not seized which meant the motor was ok. I paid the $60 inspection fee, later I was told to change two parts and then remove the motor, seals and this would not guarantee it would work. I took my pump down the road to another shop and bought a $30 capacitor, took it home plugged it in and 1 month later it still works perfectly fine. $$$$
I have been dealing with Poolmart Joondalup for 15 years. They have attended to my pools at different houses over this period. They are always ready top help you with advice for any problems and the guys coming to clean the pools are very helpful. I highly recommend them.
