I was here quiet a few months back to swap over a broken pair of RayBands and they were meant to close 15 minutes before I got there. All I can say is their staff are amazing, this girl was happy to keep the store open for an additional 15 or so minutes to help me and another few customers out. She knew what she was doing and for once in every place I have visited over the past 10 years the customer service couldn't of been better. This is probably the best store I have been to by far in many years and most likely will be for a long time to come. Thanks for all the help guys and best of luck for the future
Awesome store, big range and variety... I’ve probably bought 15 pairs of Glasses from Oakley Joondalup over the years and I’ve always dealt with Matt and he’s always looked after me. Very happy experience every time : I do have to say some of the other staff that work there aren’t very interested in what they are doing and don’t seem to care. Also have a smelly attitude. That’s why I only deal with Matt
So if I'm planning to spend 100-150 bucks on a pair of replacement lenses, I'd like to be able to have a look at the selection before deciding which ones I'd like to get. Well no, the sales "assistant" couldn't be bothered getting them out if I wasn't going to buy anything. Eventually she got some out after i asked again and she insisted i choose which ones I'd like by looking at the boxes. I wasn't allowed to look at the lenses. Of course I'm not gonna buy anything from someone with that attitude. I'll go to the city instead. You should do the same
Didn't purchase items as I needed clothes that have no polyester but other wise the girls serving are the greatest and products look good and well priced
