I had an unfortunate accident of spilling my drink just outside the Joondalup store. While my husband went to look for a cleaner I tried to clean the mess as best I could to prevent anyone from slipping. There were multiple stores including a pop up right in front of us who when we asked for help just shrugged their shoulders. However a lovely young lady from the store saw me struggling and came out with paper towel and a bag so I could clean up the mess making it safe until the cleaners arrived. Unfortunately I did not get her name but this occurred Saturday 3rd June in the afternoon. This young lady is an asset to your store and I will not only recommend this store to others but will be back to make some purchases. Fantastic representation of your store.
$36 for a size 3 shirt.. come on. Can get the same thing in target for $10 Should be called Rip Off. Not rip curl
Purchased sunglasses at this store for $50 in November last year. They cracked through no fault of my own. Took them back and was told the glasses I returned were not the same as the ones on my receipt. Don't know how this is possible given this was the only purchase I have EVER made from this store and these glasses were 100% the ones I purchased. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAM!!! Really dissapppinted.
I would like to thank Rachael, along with Cooper from Whitfords for helping me buy a new gold Rip Curl Watch. I wanted one with a gold mesh band so they both sourced exactly what I wanted and between them both and now I am a very happy customer. Great service!
The young man who helped me with a bit of last minute Xmas shopping was super friendly and super helpful! So refreshing visiting a store that make you feel welcome! Thank you young man!
