Shop is well located. Plenty of products and plenty of staff. Having said that my experience was disgusting. I am standing in front of the shoe section with my son for a good 10 minutes but the two staff standing about 2 metres from me were so into discussions of their own. I initially thought maybe they will come offer help shortly but then a white male walked past. Service straight away. Then a family with 3 kids and again service straignt away. And another one. By then I felt really awkward. I think i was presented ok. Only difference is my skin colour. On my way out, i asked to talk to the manager. Expressed my experience. She was apologetic but harm is done and i am not ready to put foot in that store again.

I was dealing with Emma today on the phone and she was AMAZING! Emma went above and beyond in the field of customer service by chasing around Perth and following up with multiple phone calls to me in search for an item that I could no longer get. Emma had I idea a jumper I was looking for was no longer in stock but rather than just say she didn't have it she asked for my phone number and checked all her stores. I know she did this because she was able to repeat back to me the stores that we had called. She said oh you have contacted the Perth store because the staff member there remembered the conversation. Emma stood nothing to gain from my sale but still spent time chasing this up for me and contacting me with an update. She addressed me by name and made me feel like a valued customer. Your awesome Emma!

Unable to find suitable Swimming googles but Emma F at your store made a difficult task enjoyable. The lady was helpful and knew what I needed the goggles are great. I would recommend your store and staff thank you
