Absolutely dumb founded to be asked for Photo ID for a Layby! When I queried this with a Manager I was told it was easier for Staff, HELLO, we both speak English and my Photo ID is none of your Business. AND if you're going to employ Christmas Staff perhaps educate them to where the Stock is as you place it all round the Store!
Very rude girl stands on the door if costumers doesn't know about change of return policy as a costumer service staff member you need to explain in correct manners not raising your voice or being rude. Other ladies are amazing!
Called the Joondalup Kmart multiple times, it was around 7:00pm and no one answered the phones. This has happened multiple times. My sister used to work at this Kmart and said that the night staff never answer the phones, after about 15 tries I did get through and was met with an extremely rude and condescending staff member who was short and was doing very minimal to help us. Ended up hanging up , was not happy very poor service
Love Kmart but today I was trying on some long pants and was disgusted with the dirty change rooms. Hair and fluff everywhere and when I tried on the pants the bottom of them were covered in the dirt.
