Had such a lovely experience at Kmart the other day! I was trying on some clothes and ivy who was working the dressing rooms was so quirky! She was so bubbly and charismatic and really made my fitting room experience so fun! Never thought Kmart would have such amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!
Kmart Joondalup is one of my go-to spots. The store is always clean, well laid out, and well stocked. I’ve never had any issues finding what I need, and I like that the shelves are generally full, even during busy times. There’s a great variety across all sections, from homewares and clothes to stationery and kids’ stuff. It just feels a bit more organised and less chaotic than some other Kmarts I’ve been to.nnI actually enjoy shopping here — it’s easy to get in, grab what you need plus a few extras, let’s be honest, and get out without too much stress. Definitely my preferred Kmart in the area. It’s just a reliable, well-run store.
There is literally no point using click and collect because they put the items on the shelf and then not email you to collect your items and then force you to buy them again, then cancel your click and collect and wait for 3 to 5 days for a refund
This store used to be excellent but is now going downhill rapidly! It's so short of staff that I now have to phone this branch, whilst actually in the store, to get someone to help me!nThe poor staff who are there are rushed off their feet and the atmosphere and orderliness of the store is understandably deteriorating. Women’s clothing and sleepwear aren't so good now either... Why is polyester used so much when it's too hot for our Summer weather viscose, rayon, cotton & linen are much better and doesn't let one's skin breathe in any Season or in sleepwear either.nAlso, if they want us to save on heating, why are winter tops and dressing gowns so much shorter now?!!! What happened to full, knee-high ugg boots?
Jacob at the service desk was amazing. Great example of customer service. We had stuff to print, a 4 month old and he made sure the process was easy. While with us he managed to help multiple others and was helpful throughout. Great job Jacob
