Super friendly staff who make you feel important. Great range of books and help to get books in that they do not have. Kids books especially are easy to find here. Also jigsaws, which gets a big thumbs up from me! Prices are slightly higher than Big W etc, but the availability and customer service more than make up for it.

Large selection of books and pretty good deals on some of them. Whether it be fiction, cookery, history, biographies, or graphic novels, QBD has got it all. I often find myself gracing the store just to browse around and the staff are very chilled out and friendly which is always a good thing. If you love books, then this one is definitely worth checking out!
I LOVE this store. The joondalup one has great staff, so friendly and approachable. They have some great sales and collections. I highly recommend taking a look, if anything you get to soak up the atmosphere of the books!
