Finally I found a Kmart that answers the phone, very greatful. Also the guy behind the service desk 30/Jan @ 11:30 was really nice and helped out heaps. Give him a kudos.

Drove 40 mins for a click and collect order only to get back home to find 1 out of 2 items missing. Have tried multiple times to contact the store and no answer. Disappointed in the service and still trying to get a hold off store with no luck! Being a well known store I thought customer service was important but i guess this location doesn't agree. I have to waste more time and fuel sorting out something that was wrong on their behalf and frustrated at the fact iv called multiple times today with not 1 call being answered. Very disappointed and put off now

We went today and one of the staff members went above and beyond in helping us locating items and got to say thankyou to Rachel who was working in the beauty section around 10am . You were amazing

I am disappointed with the customer service in this store. I strongly recommend retraining your staff; she should not stand there and do nothing. Such useless.

Very disrespectful on the phone, took ages to answer as well?? Gave me attitude.. and told me they had the item, and then suddenly changed to not having the item?? I have no idea what they doing..
