Served by the loveliest young girl named Maddy. Such a positive smile and always so helpfull. The staff make the store and us locals love it.

I was at Kmart Wanneroo tonight around 7.45pm. A young girl, approximately 15yrs, was acting irrationally, vandalising the store.  The Kmart team were fantastic.  They remained calm, kept people safe and removed her from the store without any commotion on their part.  Good job guys

it’s a joke how they lock their change rooms at 5:30pm despite shutting at 9 - and despite ringing the bell for service twice, I was ignored by staff members including a higher up manager. However i do appreciate the service from sophie at the door, she is always lovely

Atmosphere feels foreign and a bit hostile. Like you just want to go in and get what you need and leave.

Thank you Donna for excellent customer service and assistance to my 84 yo Mum today and also the lovely lady at the entrance who checked the bags.
