They have a whizz bang photo copying machine - but claimed they only do faxing. I have a $80 photocopier at home that scans! I'm sure their massive machine scans.  And below is the reason I believe they won't allow scanning! 

After faxing 6 sheets - she then tells me $9. If she had told me this beforehand, I would have made alternative arrangements. Not up front with their extortionate prices.

I feel completely misled and ripped off!

Such a helpful lady sorting out a 2 week battle to find my Ticketek tickets within 1 minute!
