Visited here some time ago but the disgusting service is still strongly remembered.

Purchased a "rare" comic book for a somewhat hefty price. I had good faith in the owner of the business as he was pretty helpful and at the time I was brand new to the hobby.

The same day I discovered that the same comic book is only valued at $20 at best, a quarter of the price I paid!

When confronting him he refused a refund and said "you should have known what you were buying, we don't do refunds, not my fault"

(Not to note that this sort of business is illegal when someone buys something in good faith as the salesperson is expected to be knowledgeable and fair . Also, if you have a no refund policy it MUST be stated somewhere in the store, told to you before purchase OR on the receipt. Refer to Australian Consumer Law)

Not to worry, although this is my local comic book store I now make my way ALL the way to the city and visit comic zone where the store is cleaner and the staff and much more genuine and friendly. My hobby has blossomed here and I have definitely spent a considerable amount since.

Shame... a purchase was more important than a potential long term customer.

A wonderful place for collectors and non collectors. The store was full of great gift ideas, so full that each time I went around I found something new to look at. It is a must for comic readers as there were so many to choose from. I highly recommend Collector Zone, go check it out you won't be disappointed!

I like the selection of stuff they have and also the collectors items they have, and they are also very helpful and polite in General, I am really thankful for going to the place, and I will continue on doing so, so yeah I thank them, for doing a wonderful job, I hope they keep it up.
