Had a handful of stuff and had a phone call to take on my way out. Was forced to stop by this blonde woman at the front to scan my receipt, I ignored her cause I was clearly unable to get my receipt. She forced me to stop when I don’t legally have to unless it’s an accusation. She went and grabbed the receipt herself to scan it while I was holding the things I had bought and on the phone. How dare you force this when it’s not a legal requirement of citizens. I will be calling to take action as I witnessed her not scan other peoples receipts anyway

Store is very good, staff are wonderful. Security Chap very heavy handed at exit.  Unfortunately cannot leave a separate review for them.  Staff from KMart were lovely and very helpful.

I had a disappointing experience at this Kmart due to poor customer service. After making a purchase, I felt interrogated and was spoken to rudely by a staff member. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I recommend choosing a different Kmart location or shopping at another store for a more positive experience.

The lady on the front door at 8:10 on the 5/9 deserves a raise! She is super duper helpful and sweet!

5 Stars for Deb at the entrance/exit who is so welcoming and friendly, every single time!
