It was what you expect from Kmart, familiar setup. Shelves were well stocked floors were clean and clear. Staff were friendly and helpful. An all-round good atmosphere. Cons self serve check outs only at the time there was no staff at the tills.
A great store. It has just about everything, & at a good price. Let's hope it STAYS this way! The young chick at the fitting rooms looked at me after I tried on a garment as if there was a hidden camera in there....
2 retail workers at the self serve checkout accused me of jumping line, when I sure as hell did not! In front of everyone they asked me 3 times if I'd skipped the queue, and I replied earnestly that I didn't. They didn't believe me and I was left embarrassed and so upset
I love their art section. Kmart is like a fun place for me. There is always something to buy at a low cost, and get tickled that I found a good deal. I only come to KMART for my art supplies. I wish they had more supplies but never mind.
Went there today. CHECK the shelf prices as they are not as they scan. I was charged $42 that was $39 on the shelf and then told it was $42 or she could take it off. Terrible service, need to teach their staff their policies etc.
By far the WORST Kmart in Perth! You’re treated with more respect in Mirrabooka then you are at this store. I’m a daily shopper at this Kmart I have more Kmart decor then furniture in my house yet everytime I go to exit the store with my freshly wasted $200 trolley full of items I’m stopped at the door and harassed by the same woman EVERY TIME! She targets people with children, especially with prams. I watched her request a man take everything out of his pram this morning whilst his child was clearly distressed she continued to interrogate him. Your store policy states a bag check not an airport interrogation on departure. This woman should apply for the police force as her skills would be better utilised there. I’d rather drive to Joondalup and know I’ll be treated like a civilised human being rather then being targeted and treated although I’m stealing.

Photo services are pathetic, they couldn’t get it printed, asked us to come back the next day. Came back the next day and again said it’s not ready, come back at 1PM or will call if ready before. Came back at 1PM after no call and again not ready, only to tell us to come back the following day and will call when ready to pick up. No call again and 2 days later photos are ready but printed off centre, cut off or blurry. If you have a lot of photos to print, go somewhere else. The service was honestly so bad‍
I bought an electric razor from this branch. I returned it after 6 months as it was faulty. I thought that maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad batch . I said I just wanted to exchange it for the same model. No problem the customer service staff said and it was exchanged. Less than 6 months later the same model stopped working. I returned it for a refund only to be told that NO! You can't have one. You have to have a credit voucher. The policy has changed, and I was refused a refund. I said but it's faulty. I was told that because I had exchanged it. I was only entitled to a voucher. Even though BOTH razors were faulty goods and at no stage was I told originally that if I exchanged it like for like, I would not get my money back. I contacted customer services by phone and was told that I should've been told when I exchanged the initial faulty razor, that I would NOT be entitled to a refund should that one break. Customer service said a refund would be granted under these circumstances and contacted Clarkson branch. I was told they would be in contact with me 'shortly'. After 6 days I had heard nothing so re contacted customer services by email. I did not get a reply. I have still heard nothing and have had not one contact after nearly a month. Absolutely terrible.
Staff attitude at checkout could be looked into. One doesn't always plan to do extra shopping and take extra bags, second time I have gone to shop and told you carry your goods out over your arm. Was purchasing over $100 underwear, can you imagine walking in a shopping mall and everyone looking at you like the were the shop lifter of the day. OCEAN KEYS. Lift your service As I for one won't be one of your future customers.
